Product Description
Cellulase is produced by submerged fermentation of Trichoderma
reesei followed by purification, formulation and drying. This product contains
all the components (EG, BG and cellubiase) necessary for the hydrolysis of
cellulose into glucose, cellobiose and small amount of oligosaccharide.
